Colchester Musicircus will be the first event of its kind in Essex. This unique musical experience is free and open to everyone in the community to enjoy and takes place on Sunday 12th June 2022.
Taking its origins from America, Musicircus invites musical artists to perform simultaneously across Colchester town centre. This symphony of sound creates an eclectic mix of music which audiences can immerse themselves in.
In a natural phenomenon, our hearing searches through the sound to tune in to the music or collections of sounds that we enjoy most, creating a bespoke experience individual to everyone. Musicircus also creates an unprecedented platform for musical artists of all genres, experience and talent to share the same ‘stage’ as their sounds combine.
Colchester Musicircus is taking place in partnership with Essex Music Service (lead partner in Essex Music Education Hub) and Colchester’s Lion Walk, but there are plenty of opportunities for businesses and organisations to work with us and get involved.
